Terms and Conditions
Terms: Shipping is flat rate $70 unless stated otherwise for geckos and $15 for any other item. I ship within the US only at this time and when temps allow (between 45 and 80). Live arrival is guaranteed. If there are any issues, please notify me within 2 hrs of arrival. I am located in Northwest Oregon State and pickups are always welcome. Payment plans will be accepted on gecko purchases over $200. Payment plans of 30 day require a 30% non-refundable deposit. Other payment plans may be considered on a case by case basis. Geckos are available first come first served and will not be placed on hold or marked sold until a deposit is received. Geckos occasionally lose their tails and I am not responsible for possible tail loss during shipping. I am not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses. I will confirm address before shipping. Packages will include heat/cold/phase 22 packs as necessary. I prefer shipping to a Fedex hub for pickup. Holds over the winter or summer are available when weather cannot accommodate shipping. Feel free to contact me with any questions before or after your gecko arrives. I am always here to help!
